All accepted abstracts will be on display in the virtual poster hall. The posters will be accessible by all registered delegates starting from 1 week ahead of the official opening of the symposium and until 2 weeks after the end date.

For each poster, the visitor will be able to do the following:

• view the PDF poster and its corresponding abstract
• view a short video presentation of the poster
• one-to-one chat with the author, and/or join a group discussion in a gathering room during the Poster Sessions. 

Poster presenters are invited to be present during the session assigned to their poster, in order to answer questions. Exact schedule for the poster sessions will be announced nearer the date. 

Once your abstract has been accepted, you will be invited to take the following actions:

• Upload your poster via the "My Registration" menu available on this website. Your poster should be a one page PDF, in 16:9 landscape format. You will be asked to enter a few keywords describing your research.
• Supply the symposium secretariat with a pre-recorded video presentation of your poster

Detailed instructions will be sent to all involved abstract submitters in due time.
